CSC Connect is a Christian community focused on friendship, fellowship, service, and real-life connection. Dating is welcome, but the community is not meant to function primarily as an online dating platform. Members are expected to treat others as brothers and sisters in Christ, with kindness, honesty, and respect while helping create a safe, uplifting environment for forming friendships. Please no 'ghosting'!
Membership Options
There are three participation levels:
- Free Plan: Access to major events and event sign-ups. This often does not include any ability to direct message. Enjoying coming to fun group events to meet organically!
- Paid monthly memberships: May or may not be offered depending on the city. They often Include direct messaging privileges and additional community benefits. Members are expected to stay active monthly and often attend events or group calls to enjoy this level of membership.
Community Purpose

Profile & Conduct Expectations
Members should:
- Complete their profile within 7 days
- Upload a clear, family-friendly, non-selfie photo of themselves only
- Use respectful communication
- Avoid gossip, negativity, complaining, or divisive behavior
- Treat others with patience, kindness, and honesty
People may be removed at staff discretion if they create discomfort, repeatedly ignore guidelines, or negatively impact the community atmosphere.
Christian Environment
The platform is intended specifically for Christians. Members should:
- Avoid political debates, divisive theology discussions, and controversial topics
- Focus on unity and encouragement
- Support a welcoming, Christ-centered atmosphere
The organization defines Christianity as belief in:
- Jesus Christ as God’s Son and one with God
- The Holy Spirit
- The authority of the Bible
- Salvation through Jesus’ death and resurrection
- Living out faith through love, service, and Christian character
Safety & Boundaries
Members must respect personal boundaries at all times.
Important rules include:
- Do not hug others unless clearly welcomed; side hugs only if appropriate
- Do not walk someone to their car or home unless specifically requested
- If someone says “no” or asks for space, respect it fully
- If someone asks you to stop messaging or interacting, you must stop
- Repeated unwanted communication can result in removal
The site strongly discourages “ghosting.” Members are encouraged to politely communicate if they do not wish to continue chatting or dating.
Messaging Rules
- Free/community-plan members should not message people they have not met in person first
- Paid members may message more freely, though meeting at events first is encouraged
- Members should respect others’ messaging preferences
- Harassment, pressure, sexual advances, or solicitation are grounds for immediate removal
Events & Hosting
Events are central to CSC Connect.
Guidelines for events:
- Events must be public, group-oriented, and family-friendly
- Hosts must be paying members or approved volunteers
- Activities should remain uplifting and Christ-honoring
- Examples: casual dining, hiking, Bible studies, swing dancing, PG/PG-13 entertainment
- Avoid clubbing, explicit entertainment, heavy drinking, or drug use
Members may bring approved Christian single guests if hosts agree beforehand.
Alcohol, Drugs & Behavior
Members should avoid:
- Showing up intoxicated or high
- Bringing drugs or emphasizing alcohol at events
- Inappropriate speech, rude behavior, or discriminatory conduct
Moderate restaurant alcohol purchases may be tolerated, but the overall culture should remain safe and considerate, especially for members in recovery.
Event Attendance & Responsibility
Members should:
- Honor commitments
- Avoid “no-shows”
- Notify hosts promptly if cancelling
- Communicate respectfully with staff and volunteers
Repeated lateness, excessive demands on hosts, or irresponsible behavior may lead to removal.
Privacy, Safety & Liability
CSC Connect:
- Does not guarantee all members are truthful, local, or safe
- Typically does not run background checks
- Encourages members to use common sense and personal caution
Members should:
- Avoid sharing sensitive personal information
- Practice safe interactions
- Report suspicious or concerning behavior promptly
Participation also means agreeing that CSC Connect is not legally liable for damages, injuries, or negative experiences resulting from events or member interactions.
Photos & Content Use
By joining or attending events, members agree that photos or videos taken at events may be used for promotional or internal purposes. The organization states it will attempt to use media responsibly and respectfully.
Inclusivity & Conduct
The community welcomes people of all races, cultures, appearances, and abilities. Members are judged based on actions, not personal attributes.
Removal may occur for:
- Harassment
- Dishonesty
- Gossip
- Soliciting money or sex
- Illegal activity
- Repeated negativity
- Ignoring guidelines
- Making others uncomfortable
Age, Relationship & Location Rules
Members must:
- Be legally single and 18+
- Generally live within about 2 hours of the city group they join
- Update their age range when birthdays move them into another category
Dating couples may remain in the community for friendship and fellowship purposes. Married volunteers may also participate in designated support roles.
